Robina, Queensland’s Median House sale price based on 341 homes sales this past year is $615,000. The median house sales price rose up significantly with an increase of 16.0% in comparison to its worth five years ago in the same period, equating to a total of 3.0% annual growth rate. The rental yield for houses is 4.5%, a decreased from the 5.3% of 2013, and it was based on 472 property rentals and 341 property sales over the last 12 months.

Land Tax

Based on the Queensland Government, Land Tax is calculated on the total taxable value of an owner’s Queensland freehold land. The total amount of all the land a person owns in Queensland will be added up at the 30th of June, excluding land a person have received an exemption.
